Support Wedge
This wedge was designed for a clinical study where patients are required to have their upper body elevated at a fixed angle of 20 degrees from horizontal. The framework was modeled in 3D using Fusion 360 with 2D designs transferred to Vectric Aspire CNC CAD/CAM. The components were cut from 12mm Baltic Birch plywood on the ShopBot PRS Alpha CNC router table. These frames will be professionally padded and upholstered with durable commercial grade materials.
